Upside Down

Did you know I love Jack Johnson? Well I do. The song mentioned before is on the Curious George album. It's goodness, and the movie is cute, and I like monkeys. Was Curious George a monkey? I can't remember if he has a tail... If he doesn't, and he's an ape, I will love him 10x more. But it's okay if he is just a monkey. He's still delightful. 

It's been a while since I've talked about Dave Matthews. If any of you have any doubt about how much I love that feller, just read a few posts from when I opened this here blog. He is... Awesome. Plain and simple. 

A cover of The Freshman by The Verve Pipe just popped up on my Pandora. It's by some guy named Jay Brannan. I love the song, and it sounds weird this way. I know that if I had heard this version first I would like it more... But the original is just so good. This version... Wow. It's really good. But it's less powerful than the original. It's a shivers down the spine kind of song. And man, his voice is good. Okay... I like this version. I'll admit it. I'm not going to be a music snob. MAN. The more I listen the more I like it. Okay. It's over... But dang it was good. I still hold the Verve Pipe's better, but dangdangdangdang it was good.

I am probably going to enter a writing competition soon. It's for a scholarship, which is cool. But here's the kicker: It is a MAXIMUM of 1000 words. I don't do that! It takes at least that much for me to get a point across. Ahhhh... Dangflabbit. We'll just see how it goes.

I'm going to post another post in about ten minutes. I know. I'm crazy. Here is a quote I found and like:
