I'm sitting in bed, listening to that there song this whole entire post is named after. If you've never heard James Grundler's version, look it up right now. Close out of the blog, look it up, and come back when you are done.
Back?
Okay let's do this.
Today was Academy, which was uneventful and filled with strange people. One of my friends has renamed it Acrapdemy, and honestly that seems more fitting.
Whoa ahead of myself. Let's back up until breakfast. I ate two fried eggs. EGGS! I can eat eggs again! I'm like Liz Lemon from 30 Rock in the episode where Tracy's son (who is two years older than him) starts a restaurant called Staples. Only, she couldn't eat them because of her trust issues with men. They just gave me stomach issues. But now they don't! So I've been eating those little buggers as oft as I can. Not only were these eggs fried, but they were fried in butter. Like a true southern girl, I use butter every chance I get.
So then I did a lesson of geometry, which I am getting close to done with, and also did two lessons of GREEK. I'm so excited! I've been wanting to do this for so long, and now I CAN! :DDDDDD
Caylie: Still working on those pictures.
So then came Acrapdemy, and like mentioned before, it was uneventful. Civics class was verging on fun even. If it wasn't for Mrs. Sadler I do believe I would have left long ago. But she's a really good teacher... So I stay.
After that I went over to the Tillmans as is normal on a Thursday. I like that place. I got to play with Scott's new dog for a long time, and gave Emily her guitar lesson. That girl is GOOD. Real good. As in best person I've ever taught. So now I smell like her room and Darby, but I guess there are worse things to smell like.
Tonight we also ate very southern: Beans with ham, greens, and cornbread. Gosh I love the south.
Something very strange happened... I'm sad that I didn't get homework. Not in math, but in writing. I had missed that class, and darn you Mr. Graham, you didn't even give us a story to write when we got back! Now I've never, ever, in my entire life liked or wanted homework before, and now that I did... you let me down dude.
So here I sit... The song is long over. I've goofed off looking at Wedinator a while... And now return to my real life. But I promise not to get too caught up in it. :)
Peace off,
Gracie
